The best time to visit Kashmir depends on what you’re interested in doing and your personal preferences. Here’s a general overview:

Summer (April to June): Summer is the best time to visit Kashmir if you want to enjoy outdoor activities like trekking and golfing. The weather is warm and pleasant, making it ideal for sightseeing and exploration.

Monsoon (July to September): The monsoon season is not the ideal time to visit Kashmir as the region receives heavy rainfall and the roads can become slippery and dangerous.

Winter (October to March): Winter is the best time to visit Kashmir if you want to enjoy snow sports like skiing and snowboarding. Temperatures can drop below freezing, but the crisp and clear weather and the snow-covered landscapes make for beautiful and unique sights.

Note: The months of October to February are considered the peak tourist season in Kashmir and hotel prices can be higher.
